DESCRIPTION:
Read this book and live as the confident girl and mighty warrior who God intended you to be. You’ll never look at yourself quite the same. (Margot Starbuck, Author of Small Things with Great Love)With gentle humor and friendly warmth, Tricia Lott Williford assures women that they can be who God has created them to be. You Can Do This is so refreshing. I want to hear it when I don’t feel as though I’m good enough. Readers who feel alone and insecure (and who hasn’t felt that way?) will find much to love in You Can Do This, including rest stops (questions and tasks related to biblical confidence) at the end of each chapter. I love that Williford incorporates practical examples and adviceboth from her life and from other women’sabout walking in courage and in God-confidence. (Dena Dyer, Coauthor of Love at First Fight)Tricia
Ready to be inspired? Here ya go! i do not have strong enough words on why every woman needs to read this book. Although most days I feel my confidence, strengths and skills that God has given me, when I fall it's a rough landing. I've honestly underlined, noted, starred and check marked half of this book already. Excellent writing, real life, relevant discussion questions and perfect for book clubs. I've already committed to leading one in my homet. Claire said This one was as wonderful as the last two--deep. I just sat down and read this book through. I've done that with all three of Tricia Williford books. Then I go back and re-read those parts that particularly touched my heart. This one was as wonderful as the last two--deep, light-hearted, touching, tear-producing, hope-filled, "of course, common sense, why didn't I think of that", "Oh, I do that", already-shared ideas, CONFIDENCE BUILDING, faith producing, Gospel s. Read slow and savor My personal book barometer is this: when I get about halfway through the book, I have to either remind myself to slow down and savor the reading or begrudgingly finish reading just to finish the book. For this book, I had to remind myself to slow down after the first chapter!!! Each chapter is filled with wit, humor, golden nuggets of wisdom, and applicable journaling prompts/challenges. Be prepared to underline, ci
