Don't waste your money A Customer The saddest thing about this book is that Amazon wants to charge me $4.95 to return it when the description on the web site is clearly wrong. The book is 85 pages (+ 14 appendix/index pages), not 200, and isn't worth the paper it's printed on. An absolute waste of time and money.. Tyrone Davis said Five Stars.
