I only had Spanish in high school many years ago, and I breezed through these lessons in no time.Pro: They go really slowly, repeat and review a lot. They break down some of the words. I can see how you could learn very easily with this system.Cons: (partly my fault for not reading the description better) These cd's are just a very small sample to get you to buy the much more expensive systems. However, my company is expanding into Latin America, so it's time I got serious about it.I've used Rosetta Stone in the past, and had very limited success with it, mostly because of the time commitment and the need to be in front of a computer to use the application. However, Pimsleur is based on audio only, so I can listen to it to and from work.The lack of images to look at or words to spell focuses your learning on just the language and. Fun and easy PB I bought the limited version to give the Pimsleur approach a try and had a blast. I only work 5 miles from my home, but I would do my lessons on the way to and from work. It took a few months to get through all 10 lessons, but it was easy and fun.
