Weez said I really liked this book.. The writing and editing are excellent. The book seemed to lag a bit in the middle, but then that's true of very many books. I did not realize until I had finished reading it how much the book was affecting me. I even had a nightmare that night. What I really liked about it is that at no time did it go over the top with silly antics and impossible heros. In other words, it was a credible. "Good but not what I was expecting…" according to Kipper Snack. I had never read anything by Christopher Golden. When this book was first announced, I awaited its release with great anticipation. I was expecting an archeology based mystery being unraveled with hair raising action prevalent. While there were some aspects of that there’s a greater emphasis on demon possession and exorcism dominating the last half of the novel. Even though I don&. brinklreading said What If Noah Brought More Than Just Animals On His Ark?. This was an interesting twist on a well known story. What if Noah brought more than just animals on his ark and it was still alive after thousands of years? This was part bible story and a large part horror story which I enjoyed immensely.
