Karen Talley said Already bought the next book!. I only give 5 stars to books that I will read again at a later date. And, I will most definitely be rereading this one. I loved this book. It takes us back to simpler times when people often thought only in black and white. A woman is divorced, therefore she must be immoral. And, of course a woman like this must be shunned by all good people of the community. Such has been the life of Cora, a young divorcee for eight years. She has a house, a rusty bicycle, and nothing else. She survives by. "Fantastic story. Deserved 5 stars except for the reader." according to Skye-writer. Ms. Morsi creates characters that feel like people you might know or at least would like to get to know. I love that she can take an ordinary guy and turn him into something extraordinary, a man with principles and a big heart that he offers up to the heroine so honestly. And I like that she can take an ordinary woman, not wealthy or gorgeous, or super smart and turn her into a heroine you will cherish forever. She weaves in the flavor and feeling of towns and eras that most of us will neve. Kindle Customer said Lovely turn of the century romance.. In this romance about a divorcee shunned by her entire small Western town you hear a lot of genuine colloquialisms from the turn of the century and learn a lot about the culture of the time. I thoroughly enjoyed it. Pamela Morsi has a real gift with writing characters who have strengths and weaknesses and seem like someone you know well. Excellent read.

In an unexpected love story, two people who discover the truth about themselves within each other's hearts. Territory bachelor, Jedwin Sparrow, was merely hoping to sow some wild oats. Pamela Morsi brings to life a small-town America of a bygone era with endearing, realistic characters and a special brand of humor that touches the heart.. What better way to exact revenge on those gossipy hens than to ensnare one of their own in that wicked web of lies. Why not call the tune and string him along
