Bobby books and this one in particular are awesome for fundamentals as well as some more advance concepts Lance Kuyper Mixing Engineers Handbook, 4th edition is another solid book by Bobby Owsinski. No matter how long I’ve been at this every time I pick up one of his books I learn something new. I appreciate the practical advice that he provides in every section. I read these in the wrong order probably (Mix Engineers HB, Music Producers HB, Mixing Bootcamp & Finally Recording Engineers Handbook next up Mastering) but it doesn’t matter each one is definitely worth the $$.
