If you use social media in your marketing plan, you need to read this book! I have been a virtual student of Dr. Jason McDonald for the past 5 or so years. I went from zero knowledge about SEO to becoming a competent content creator who has enjoyed writing articles and blogs for concerns all across the USA, and in the United Kingdom as well. Dr. McDonald has also allowed me to be a part of his webinars, which are virtual classrooms in which he teaches the ever-changing science of SEO.If you don't want to waste time sorting through all the dubious advice of the thousands of SEO "gurus," and you want to avoid getting ta. Great for beginners, but that's about it. pwizzy Apparently there is a rebate offer inside this book for writing a review of this book. The nice thing though, is it doesn't have to be good. You get the rebate regardless. So, I'll give it to you straight up:Pros:The book is easy to follow.It's great for beginners (if you are a beginner that's a pro)It covers the main social platforms of todayThere are a lot of noted resources for supportCons:The book is only the basicsThe book does not dive into how to make money using social media, just how to use it. For example, it talks about Pinterest, b. "A Workbook About Something I Don't Understand - That I Can Understand!" according to casey shelley. I received this book at a discount in exchange for providing unbiased feedback. I bought the 2016 version of this workbook towards the end of 2016, and never really got around to doing much with it. I was hoping the 2017 version, though, with its updates, would include working with Instagram which is where I want to focus my marketing efforts (unfortunately it didn't). I consider myself a beginner who really resists marketing, and even with just getting on board with social media in general. This book, however, did an excellent job of guiding
