Mercedes said Good book, worth a read. First let me say this isn't my typical book to read. I'm more of a horror gal. My mother is a huge fan of John Sandford and when we shop together I look over the books she picks. I'll admit the Prey books have piqued my interest. So I got the first book in the series. First things first, the Kindle version of this book is rather annoying. Not only is 9.95 but when there are scene breaks there are no paragrap. a"Dynamic Introduction to the Lucas Prey Series" according to a2z Consumer. Though the first in the series, this was not the first Lucas Prey novel I read. After reading a few books out of order I decided to go back to the beginning and Wow, this was such a great start. One of the chase scenes was so exciting and vivid, I felt as though I were on the edge of my seat watching it on TV.
