I knew what sounded good, but not why. This book explains the why.One thing missing from this book is the LIMDAPL trick with the Circle of Fifths. CoF is covered, just not that technique which is a quick trick for finding the chords in a key. James Mounts said Did the trick. This book will serve well for complete beginner or advanced student. Of course it is self paced. Was a good review for me. Five Stars Great book for figuring out music theory. No shortcuts, just concise and useful information.
