I recommend it! This is a great book. It isn't joking about being "simplified." Chapters are short enough to grasp the concept and each chapter is very easy to follow. I have learned a lot about Lean from reading it.. Here is why Pascal's a multi-Shingo Award Winner bk I have been using this book for training groups since the first edition. There is some good new content, the formatting is improved and Pascal even added some nice questions to ponder at the end of the chapter. Would definitely recommend it. Easy to read, contains the what's and the why's.. Easy, fast read Great book lots of good material!
