"Excellent guide book" according to Nathalie. Exceptional book. Mr Cochran really did present the subject "In plain English". As I read the book I kept telling myself how much I appreciated the work of this author as he addressed a subject that can be dry in a clear, dynamic and interesting manner. This is exactly the book I was looking for to start our conversion to the ISO 9001:2015 version. There were so many good examples and tips that after a first read my book was already heavily marked in highligh. Great for new auditors I just started an auditor position and while I am familiar with the standards this book really helped me get a much better grasp of the standard and the new changes. This book has been an incredibly helpful resource for my introduction to ISO 9001. I was exposed to ISO in my previous company but now I am in charge of implementing it at my current workplace. This book has been such a help in explaining the different clauses in easy to understand terms. I loaned it to a coworker for a week and she liked it so much she bought one of her own! I can't say enough about this well written and helpful book.
