Kug said hardly Anything New Here. Not sure why I bought this one. Knew of Blanchard & his work back in the One Minute Manager days & thought it was overrated. But I'm his age and thought, perhaps? I was wrong. Nothing new and its an infomercial for his other books. Well written, certainly time tested tips but if you've read any diet/exercise book you've already read this one..
