Find myself embracing questions much more these days.The fictional character memoir approach was a little distracting & annoying at first, but I tried to embrace or at least ignore it & engage with the ideas.Of course, I'm still wondering why that format was taken & if it allows for easier understanding or integrati. Had to turn around the expectation that the staff work was substandard to expecting that they're still doing their best. This book helped me frame questions that elicited engagement and thought.
