Poorly printed photocopy with no index. This is absolutely WRONG! This is a poorly printed photocopy of the original book, which you can find it here at Amazon for $15.00. Don`t buy this version, since it lacks images and the INDEX. This book is meant to be read by searching specific topics in the index, which this terrible version doesn`t have. I`m glad I`ve got a refund and Amazon didn`t even ask for a return. They must know . "Do not buy the 201Do not buy the 2013 edition! It is a PHOTOCOPY of the original 1960 book. Even "blank" pages were photocopied, and the dark edges of the blank page are visible. It was obviously copied from yellowing or less-than-white pages as well, because there is sort of a gray mushy-ness around all the text.
