LOVIN IT !!!!!! I had been looking for something, anything written about The Memphis Boys. I would find something here and there, but it would just be a sentence or two. I wanted something with meat in it that I could get my teeth into. And I won't lie, I was looking for something that talked about Tommy Cogbill. I have been trying to research information about him. How he felt, what drove him. He was one of the best bassist there ever was. I love to listen to his music. In some of his recordings, I am just in awe of how much of himself he put into his music. Hours of personal interviews with members makes for interestin. I often have to remind myself that most of these sessions took place more than 40 years ago. Even those who were there have sketchy memories of what happened. Roben has done a great job of conducting extensive interviews with a wide range of part
