Written for a specific audience "Lean Six Sigma: Combining Six Sigma Quality with Lean Speed" is not a how-to book written for actual front-line practitioners of the techniques. Instead, George's effort is expressly directed to the possibly skeptical CEO who may be considering implementing a Lean/6 Si. Extremely disappointed This book is for CEOs or leaders not for people like me who is trying to get a better understanding of Six Sigma. Big waste of money so far.
