There were mass casualties when the attack hit Washington D.C. There were thousands of deaths. Saladin became the subject of a world wide manhunt.Two of his previous victims,France and England were at the forefront. Shortly thereafter England becomes the target of a deadly. Four and a half stars Silva is my favorite author and has been for many years. This is the first time I give his book less than 5 stars. The writing is excellent, the characters well defined, but I didn't find myself devouring this book the way I did the previous books. The previous book was one of his best, I couldn't put it down.
