I found the RESPECT model they propose insightful and immediately useful to gain engagement, loyalty and trust. There are simple diagnostics tools and great examples that helped me see where I was and how I can improve and make positive changes. I am using it, and recommending my staff and team to read it.. Must read for all middle management Pamela Moss What a simple concept-respect! The putting it into practice-not so simple yet this book breaks it down for you and highlights practices that can be adapted for virtually any industry. The self assessments were truly eye opening and pointed out to me where I needed to do serious work to make my relationships with employees stronger.
