Lovely Pictures Poor Quality I find his first book to be of better quality. The paper is very thin and colored pencils maybe the best option. Some of the illustrations are incomplete due to the size ( tops of heads missing, etc.) All the illustrations are one sided, but the book I received has them on the left side. He draws beautifully, but I wis. Unusable Garbage, good for starting a camp fire only. Lori Green The book came all crunched although the package was fine. If that wasn't bad enough the pages were printed backward and on the wrong side of the page. The ink was faded and the pictures themselves were cut off at the top so even if I wanted to take the book apart the pictures are no good. I have vol 1 from a different . "One of my favs" according to T. Godshall. One of my favorite books for working on skin tones. I love doing portrait work and while this is not one that has realistic portraits, it's a lot of fun never the less. I would recommend it to anyone who likes doing faces.
